Prevail Plus

Description

Prevail Plus is a boosted, water/soy-based press wash engineered for rapid cleanup of anilox rolls, plates, and press substrates. Synthetic blends of builders and surfactants let it cut like a solvent, while a small percentage of safety solvents allows it to blend with water — aggressive ink removal without committing to a traditional solvent wash.

Delivered as a super-concentrate and dispensed through closed-loop systems, Prevail Plus dilutes at economical ratios and reaches the press floor in ready-to-use form carrying a 1-0-0 HMIS rating, limiting environmental impact and improving the employee safety profile compared to similar aggressive cleaners.

Substrate Compatibility

Engineered for use on photopolymer and rubber plates without causing swelling. Note that extended dwell time may reduce plate adhesion — do not allow the product to sit on plates longer than necessary.

Packaging & Dispensing

Super concentrate available in 2 × 2.5 gallon, 55-gallon, and totes. Dispensed through Mobile PDU, dilution stations, or higher-volume stations — all closed-loop.
