Prevail is a solvent-free, phosphate-free water/soy-based ink remover! Its synthetic blend of builders and surfactants enables Prevail to work like petroleum-based solvents; with no employee or environmental ramifications. Prevails European-designed surfactants penetrate, release, and suspend pigments and acrylics, preventing the redisposition of ink in print cylinder cells. Prevail by design works well under hard water conditions and is safe to use on all press substrates.
Prevail is super-concentrated, allowing for economical dilution ratios maximizing product performance. Prevail carries an HMIS rating of 0-0-0, making it a revolutionary product with an optimal Employee safety profile and among the first of its kind to provide ultimate effectiveness at low dilution rates. Prevail can boast of its employee and environmental safety profile while not causing chemical burns associated with high-caustic products or solvents VOCs.
The synthetic components in Prevail are engineered to be used on photopolymer and rubber plates without loosening adhesives as well as Flexographic and gravure print cylinders and complete press washing clean up where a mild caustic or solvents may be preferred or necessary currently, yet safe enough as not to react with human tissues.
Prevail has undergone rigorous DOT testing protocols and proven to be non-destructive and has not caused irreversible altercations to human skin tissue.
